1.  I can't access my photos  
 

Please make sure the Internet URL is spelt correctly.

In some cases your system might be infected with an Internet worm which has changed your browser settings so that you cannot connect to the Internet. Such worms can be automatically remailed to the addresses stored in your address book. If this problem also occurs on your friends' PCs, your system could be infected with a worm. Always make sure that you have installed an up-to-date virus scanner.

 
     
2.  Why are my photos displayed in the wrong colors?  
 

Please be sure to save in RGB mode. Photos in CMYK mode unfortunately cannot be displayed correctly on the web.

Why are my photos compressed?

 
 

When you upload your photos to your album using your MEDION software you can specify the quality of your image before uploading. If you would like the photos in your album to be in original quality, you have to select this option before uploading.

If you upload your photos via the Online Photo Manager the original photo is always loaded.

 
   
4.  Can I view my photos on my photo website in original quality?  
  Of course. Simply click on a photo in the overview. The photo will now be displayed in web resolution. To view in the original resolution, click on the magnifying glass in the top right menu.  
     
5.  How can I activate the order feature on photo prints and gifts?  
 

You only have to select the desired album in the Online Photo Manager and then activate the service for this album.

 
     
6.  Deleted photos are still displayed when I open the album again  
 

Empty the cache of your web browser.

In the Internet Options of your browser (Internet Explorer) select the "General" tab, and then in the "Settings" dialog select "Check for newer version of stored pages." to "Automatic".

 
   
7.  Only an empty screen is displayed when I open the page  
  Install the latest Flash player.  
     
8.  My startup logo does not change  
 

Empty the cache of your web browser.

In the Internet Options of your browser (Internet Explorer) select the "General" tab, and then in the "Settings" dialog select "Search updated version of the saved site" to "Automatic".

 
     
9.  How can I delete my free album?  
 

You can delete your free album at any time. All you have to do is log in to www.medion-photoalbum.co.uk and select "Your user data" in the navigation menu. Click on the option "Delete album".

Note: All your photos and music will be lost and your
free album will be deleted irrevocably.

 
     
10.  How can I change my user data (email address...)?  
 

You can simply change your email addresses on www.medion-photoalbum.co.uk. Just log in and click on "Your user data" in the navigation bar. Go to "Options" to change your details. Here you can make changes via "Modify user data".

 
 
     
11.  How can I terminate my subscription (classic/premium)?  
 

You can terminate your subscription at any time without explanation. Please write to Medion.
